Do you know that English language is only taught officially at school when the Korean kids are in their Third Grade of Elementary school? That's 10 years old in Korean age. Even so, there are parents who sent their kids to English Academy for the after school programme. What do you think? Is it too early or too late to be learning English language at school? #komtep2019
