Hi everyone!
Have I told you anything about APCEIU reporting?
By the way, besides going to classes and executing our project plan, each and every teacher from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam who joined this program are required to prepare a number of reports;
- Biweekly reports (which needs to be submitted once, every two weeks)
- Final lesson plan report (to be submitted the week before the final week at school)
- Final project plan report (to be submitted the week before the final week at school)
The biweekly reports were the compilation of everything that has been done for two weeks in just two pages. Besides that, one must also state the plan for the coming two weeks in this biweekly report.
Final lesson plan report, however, was a report based on one of the lessons carried out throughout our stay at the host school. For this part, teachers are required to carry out a survey with the pupils based on the templates given by APCEIU. There are two different templates; one for the lower primary pupils while the other one os for the upper primary and above.
The final project plan report, on the other hand, asked for a detailed explanation of the project as well as its significance and impact on the pupils and the school. As I prefer mine to be a little bit fun and informative, I tweaked the report format and used Canva to make it more appealing and different from the others.
Besides these reports, we also had to submit our project plan (in September) and final documents for SSAEM conference (I will explain more about this in the upcoming post).
